This post is brought to you, courtesy of my left hand, hunting and pecking on the keyboard. I tried to dictate a post using Word, but my brain refused to cooperate. So posts are on hold until I get the cast off my right wrist.
Please check back for my thoughts on Patrick Stewart's memoir, David Nicholl's You Are Here, and the other books I have been reading. Plus, I want to tell you about the Civil War era quilt that I've started and the sailboat that my husband (with my colossal help) is building.
So, did I finally learn not to go for a walk when black ice is lurking about? Probably not!
Come on Spring!!!
Hi Jane, I am so sorry to hear about your wrist and I hope you get better real soon. Ice can definitely be a problem because it's not always easy to see covered up by snow. Take care of yourself and I always look forward to your reviews.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry you broke your wrist. And your right one, too! That's so obnoxious. I hope it heals up quickly. Spring can't come soon enough for me either.
ReplyDeleteOh no, Jane! I had no idea! So sorry this happened. I hope you're not in too much pain. Sending you positive energy for fast healing.
ReplyDeleteWhat bad luck! Glad you will be whole before gardening season but quilting and blogging had both better wait. I took a look at an icy sidewalk yesterday and decided to walk in the street/dodge traffic so there is no guarantee of safety anywhere.
ReplyDeleteOh no! Ice is so bad. Sorry to hear. Hopefully you will recover in time for gardening and all the wonderful spring activities. Keep reading and you'll have plenty to report once you get back. Try to rest up.
